Everybody loves having a glass of smoothie at summer time.
In my case, after hitting the gym, as a health conscious person, I like having a smoothie of different flavors in the morning. My family also love to drink fruit smoothie, especially my kids. It also helps us to keep refreshed and healthy. For the perfect mixture and healthy nutrition balance, sometimes I do experiment with smoothies.
peoples choice is different, and there are many ways to make the fruit smoothie.
In my case, I like strawberry and mango flavor most.
Because this tiny strawberry and ripe mango contain fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, selenium, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, etc.
It helps Controlling sugar level, fight against cancer, skin and bone problem and helps you to keep fit and fresh.
I tried many different ways to make the smoothie best and healthy. This strawberry mango smoothie is delicious and creamy.It’s best for breakfast, a refreshing drink or an afternoon snack.
You can make the smoothie any time because it’s super fast and easy to make and you will find all the ingredients in your kitchen.

TIMING AND SERVING
- Preparation time: 6-7 Minutes
- Serving: 1-2 person
- Strawberry (Chopped) – 1 cup
- Ripe Mango (Chopped) – ½ cup
- Banana (optional)
- Fat-free Milk – ½ cup
- Fat- free- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Sugar or Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Ice cubes – 2/3
Mango Strawberry smoothie direction:
Take a blender and place the strawberry, mango, milk, and yogurt in it and blend for 15-20 seconds.
Now, add Honey and ice cubes in it.Never use crushed ice because it will not keep solid pieces of ice in the smoothie.
Now, blend for 20-30 seconds or blend until smooth.
Your strawberry smoothie is ready. Serve it in a glass and enjoy.
- Use frozen strawberry and mango for a better test and color.
- If you want to make the mango strawberry smoothie more creamy, then add Banana.
- Do you want to make the smoothie more attractive, then add some chopped mango and strawberry on the top.
