  1. Medium Strawberries – 5
  2. Green apple or juice – ½ cup
  3. Unsweetened milk – 1 cup
  4. Low-fat yogurt – ½ cup(Optional)

Step 1:

Cut strawberries, apple in large size.If you want then you can take frozen fruits.

Step 2:

Now, place strawberries, apple, milk, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender.

Step 3:

Now, blend for 90 seconds or blend until smooth
