Easy and Organic Orange juice, Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Fruit Smoothies are my favorite drink. After hitting the gym, for a refreshing mood, I always drink fruit smoothie every day with my family. Sometimes, I try to make a smoothie with a different flavor. When I was young my grandmother make an Orange juice smoothie, and it was excellent with an outstanding test, and I remember it. Mine is a little update from her.

When I try to create a smoothie, I try to ensure a better test and tone of nutrients. Strawberry, Banana, and Orange are very healthy fruits.

For natural Sweetness, Orange are favorite fruit around the world.

Report from American Heart Association (AHA), eating fruits like oranges and grapefruit can lower ischemic stroke risk for the woman.  Phytochemicals, potassium, vitamin C in orange protect against skin disease, breast cancer, kidney diseases, heart disease.

Banana:Banana

Banana contains essential vitamins and minerals such as B6, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, folate, niacin, etc. High fiber in a banana can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and Heart disease.

StrawberryStrawberry:

Strawberries are the excellent source of vitamins C vitamin k, potassium, manganese, phytonutrients, and flavonoids. Strawberry helps to boosts Immunity,

Brain function, Hart function, Eye care and also help to lose weight.

You can try this smoothie any time of the day because it’s easy to make and then the ingredients are always available in your kitchen.

SERVING AND TIMING:

  • Timing: 5-6 Minutes
  • Serving: 1-2 People

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Orange or Juice (Frozen) – ½ Cup
  2. Frozen Banana (Chopped) – ½ Cup
  3. Fresh Red Strawberry (Frozen) – 1 Cup
  4. Honey or Sugar – 1 tbsp
  5. Ice cubes – 2/3 Pcs
  6. Orange Jest (Optional)

Orange and Strawberry Smoothie Direction:

Step 1:

Put Orange in a blender. Then add Banana, Strawberry and blend for 15-20 Seconds. If you want, then you can use regular fruit’s (without Frozen).

Step 2:

Add Honey (If you like sweet then you can add 2-3 tbsp) and Ice cube (Fresh ice cubes)

Step 3:

Now, blend until Smooth.

Your Orange fruit smoothie is ready. Serve and enjoy!!!!

Bonus Tip:

  • To make the smoothie more attractive, you can add some Orange Jest on top of it. It will give a new flavor.
  • To make the smoothie thinner then add more orange juice in it, and the test will be as usual.
