  1. Mango (Chopped) – 1 cup
  2. Orange juice – ½ cup
  3. Fresh Milk – ½ cup
  4. Low-fat yogurt – ½ cup
  5. Honey or Sugar – 1tbsp
  6. Orange jest
  7. Ice cubes 2/3 pcs

Mango Orange Smoothie Recipe Direction:

Step 1:

Add mango, Orange juice and yogurt in a blender. Use frozen fruit for better test and color.

Blend for 10-15 Seconds.

Step 2:

Add Fresh milk, Honey and ice cube(Fresh one, Not broken).

Blend 25-30 seconds.

Step 3:

Add Orange jest top of the smoothie.
