  5. Honey – 1tbsp

  3. Coconut Milk- ½ Cup

  6. Ice cubes – 2/3 pcs

INGREDIENT

  1. Spinach – 1 cup
  2. Frozen Raspberry – ½ cup
  3. Apple (Optional) – ½ cup
  4. Yogurt – ½ cup
  5. Honey or Sugar – 1 tbsp
  6. Ice cubes – 2/3 pcs

DIRECTION:

You can make all the smoothie for your kids in the same directions:

Step 1:

First of all, add all the fruits in a blender. For a better test try to use frozen fruits.

Now blend for 15-20 Seconds.

Step 2:

Add Honey or sugar (Honey is good for kids) and ice cubes (Optional).

Step 3:

Blend until smooth because kids like to have a smooth one.
